Accor Brings Pullman to Udaipur with Planned 200-Key Hotel
Udaipur’s premium hospitality market is set for another addition with Accor announcing the signing of a 200-key Pullman hotel in the city.
The planned property will be located on Airport Road, within the growing hospitality and commercial corridor around Maharana Pratap Airport.
The hotel is expected to feature approximately 200 rooms and suites, along with three food and beverage outlets — an all-day dining restaurant, lobby lounge bar and specialty restaurant.
Guests will also have access to a swimming pool, spa and fitness centre.
The project is being developed in partnership with Kings Luxury Resorts and is expected to strengthen Pullman’s presence in India’s premium hospitality segment.
Udaipur is already one of India’s strongest leisure destinations, but its airport-led development is creating a broader opportunity for hotels, restaurants, MICE facilities and premium tourism experiences.
For the industry, this is another indication that India’s established leisure destinations continue to attract international hotel brands.
